Meet Our Friendly Upper Cervical Chiropractors in Waco

Dr. Alli discovered chiropractic at 17 years old after a softball injury left her unable to sit up or stand on her own. She visited her hometown chiropractor for her first adjustment—and walked out of the clinic as if nothing had ever happened. Three years later, she found herself shadowing another chiropractor who used muscle testing to identify nutritional deficiencies. It was then that she realized chiropractic care was about so much more than back pain, and she dove in headfirst.
She went on to attend Parker University in Dallas, TX, where she studied the science, philosophy, and many techniques within chiropractic. During her time there, she joined mission trips to Jamaica and Haiti, where she had the opportunity to adjust over 1,000 people. In her final year of school, Dr. Alli was introduced to the Knee Chest Upper Cervical Technique by her mentors, Dr. Emily and Dr. Alejandro Elias. After witnessing the miraculous results in their clinic, she knew she needed to bring this technique to her future patients.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Alli enjoys gardening, caring for her houseplants, working on jigsaw puzzles, going to the gym, watching documentaries, and spending time with her dog and two cats. She also loves hiking in nature and has a goal to visit every national park in the U.S. One of her greatest joys is sharing this life and calling with her husband, Dr. Alex, who is also a chiropractor. The two now work side by side in practice, combining their skills and passion to serve the Waco community.
Dr. Alli is passionate about empowering others to take charge of their health through movement, nutrition, and chiropractic care—helping them avoid unnecessary drugs and surgery. She is excited to have been called to Waco and looks forward to making a lasting impact.

Dr. Alex was born and raised in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. His academic journey began at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where he studied for one semester before Hurricane Maria devastated the island. The hurricane caused a three-month halt in classes due to widespread power outages. In November 2017, Dr. Alex's mother made the decision to move to Texas with his brother, and he joined them in March 2018 to continue his education.

While pursuing his bachelor's degree as a prerequisite for chiropractic school, Dr. Alex also completed an associate degree in Music Theory and Drums. His passion for chiropractic care began at the age of 16 after sustaining a right knee injury during a basketball tournament. Initially, doctors estimated a six-month recovery period. However, with the aid of chiropractic treatment, he recovered in just three months, returning to the basketball court stronger than before. This transformative experience inspired him to become a chiropractor, driven by the desire to help others heal through the same holistic approach that helped him.


Dr. Alex went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University, where he also met his wife during a basketball tournament. His passion for chiropractic care is evident to anyone who speaks with him, as it remains his favorite topic of conversation. Beyond his professional dedication, Dr. Alex is deeply passionate about sports, particularly basketball, and enjoys playing the drums. He also treasures outdoor adventures with his wife, including hiking iconic trails like Angels Landing.

A man of faith, Dr. Alex firmly believes in God's power and the remarkable ability of the human body to overcome adversity. His journey reflects resilience, passion, and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals through chiropractic care.
